Refund Policy

1. Styling Consultations

Refunds are not available for completed styling consultations.
Once a consultation has been delivered, reviewed, or started, the service is considered fulfilled.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, as curated looks and preparation begin immediately after purchase.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, and you will continue to receive services for the remainder of the current period.

3. Digital Products (Lookbooks, Outfit Boards, Curated Selections)

Refunds are not offered for digital styling products or curated outfits once they have been delivered, as these are custom and tailored to you.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount, etc.), contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.

5. Service Issues or Mistakes

If you feel there was an error in service—such as receiving the wrong subscription tier or incomplete styling materials—please contact us.
We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A correction

  • A replacement lookbook

  • An account credit (case-by-case)
